Venue Information

Picturehouse Central is located on the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Great Windmill Street, near Piccadilly Circus and in the heart of London’s West End.

The nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus, which has services from both the Piccadilly Line and the Bakerloo Line. Upon arrival at the tube station, please use Exit 4 for Shaftesbury Avenue. Alternatively, Leicester Square tube station is a 5 minute walk away.

Access Information

All areas of Picturehouse Central are accessible to wheelchair users. There is a lift on the ground floor that takes you to the first floor. From the first floor there is another lift to take you to the second floor for access to Screen 1.

All screens are accessible by wheelchair and have wheelchair spaces. We will be pleased to reserve wheelchair spaces or seats in the auditorium if this is helpful. Please contact us in advance.  There are wheelchair-accessible adapted toilets on each floor. There is an alarm cord inside should you need to summon a member of staff. 

Registration

Delegates will be able to register from 8.30am in the Ground Floor Cafe at Picturehouse Central. You will be issued with your Delegate Bag and Delegate badge for the day, which will be your entry pass to the presentations, breakfast, lunch and closing drinks and the second day if you have registered for it. Registration Desks will be organised by the first letter of your surname so please look for the appropriate signs.

Lunch

Delegates will be provided with a free buffet lunch. This will be served in the First Floor Restaurant of Picturehouse Central from 12:15 – 13:00. There will be a selection of sandwiches available, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Tea, coffee, other drinks and snacks will be available to be purchased from the cafe bar areas during the lunch break.

Drinks reception

There will be a drinks reception for all delegates and distributors to mix and meet from 18:00– 20:00 in the First Floor Restaurant of Picturehouse Central. Please join us for a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink. The bar will also be open to purchase other drinks.
